Kaitlyn Harrington is a theatre artist from Central Florida, with a passion for mentoring the upcoming generation of theatrical artists. In the last decade, she has participated in 100+ productions, festivals and events. She also earned a Bachelor’s in Theatre Arts Management and Direction from Rollins College in 2018.

She achieved a Master’s in Human Resources with Honors from Rollins College and became SHRM certified professional in 2023. Currently, she is a manager on the People and Culture Strategy team at AdventHealth Corporate Services.
