Kaitlyn Harrington is a theatre artist from Central Florida, with a passion for mentoring the upcoming generation of theatrical artists. Over the past fifteen years, she has participated in 100+ productions, festivals and large-scale special events. She also earned a Bachelor’s in Theatre Arts Management and Direction from Rollins College in 2018.

She achieved a Master’s in Human Resources with Honors from Rollins College and became SHRM certified professional in 2023. Currently, she works as an HR Consultant/Solutions Architect for SHRM Business.
